FUEL Marketing and Sales is comprised of entrepreneurial executives with generations of  experience driving; marketing, branding, sales, operations, product development, IR, PR, and fundraising .

Our Managing Partner, Michael Romanies, has more than twenty three years experience in P&L Management, Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Product Management and Operations. Mr. Romanies has been an officer of two Public Companies, a divisional manager of two Multi-National Billion Dollar companies, and has served as an executive or leader of multiple start-ups of which two went public on NASDAQ. Michael has served on multiple boards and as a member of executive staff and corporate officer, Michael has been involved with Angel, Venture Capital, Private equity and IPO fundraising efforts yielding more than $75 Million in equity and debit funding.

 

Michael has held executive positions in technology and publishing companies and has extensive experience in Business to Business (B to B), Business to Consumer (B to C) and Business to Government (B to G) product development, marketing and sales. Michael has developed and set-up multi-tiered distribution models with distributors, resellers, sales agents, manufacturer’s representatives, OEM licensees and business partners domestically and internationally.

 

Michael has lead in turn-around and start-up environments rapidly increasing revenue while decreasing operational and variable costs through the implementation of internal systems and the outsourcing of non-strategic functions. To assist in the management of operations, Mr. Romanies has implemented and refined numerous off the shelf and semi-custom business applications including; Accounting, MRP-II, and CRM systems.

 

Michael has run internal and external (on shore and off shore) call center programs generating hundreds of thousands of calls per month, devised and implemented integrated marketing programs including; outbound calling, direct mail, advertisement, Internet lead generation (organic and paid), managed trade show efforts, and implemented successful branding and public relations campaigns to drive rapid sales growth and brand recognition.
